Robbie Neilson has a winners mentality.

However, this season small cracks are appearing in the invincible facade Rangers and Celtic take turns to present to the opposition.
Robbie and his fine squad have a chance – a very small one – of ending the duopoly.
Most outside Glasgow will wish him well.
However, none of that excuses inactivity by the Dithering Directors of the Also Rans of 36 years standing.
The strongest hope of ending the duopoly is off the pitch.
