Hearts have a three to five year plan in place, masterminded by Robbie Neilson and Joe Savage.
That plan involves a gradual and affordable improvement in the playing squad.
Improvements ARE being made – but not yet substantial enough to withstand the significant injury problems Hearts have encountered this season.
It’s more than 60 years since Hearts won Scotlands top league – so Hearts supporters cannot be accused of being impatient!
A little more patience will be required.
