Hearts have some good young players.
Manchester United have many GREAT young players.
The gap in the talent pool is significant.
However, Hearts have a good academy set-up, with excellent coaches.
Some talent is beginning to emerge.
More is needed but, like every other change in Scottish football, it will take time.
The sooner the better, obviously.
