Hearts have made very clear that they are engaged in a 4 to 5 year project aimed at ending the Glasgow duopoly control of the Scottish Premiership.
Ideally, it won’t take 5 years – BUT the timeline indicated is realistic.
More signings will be needed – BUT the platform is in place to construct the challenge.
