The Celtic manager seems to be a decent and straight-talking human being.
He arrived late in the pre-season at Parkhead. He has lost the services of key players, for a variety of reasons.
Most fair-minded people would wish him well – and time to make his mark.
However, in a tiny duopoly- dominated pond, where finishing 2nd is unacceptable to both Celtic and Rangers, time is a commodity few managers are granted.
Having lost three out of their first seven games, Celtic have very little chance of winning the league.
A further defeat before the end of October might well see them struggle to even finish second .
For the sake of Scottish football – and specifically the need to break the two-club domination of the last four decades – many will hope Ange fails and that Rangers do not achieve “2-in-a-row”.
Time for Change.
