Steve Clarke and his players were slaughtered for losing to an excellent Denmark side, one that went close to winning the European Championship.
Instead of listening to the negatives, Scotland got his decent Scotland team to play to their potential and fashioned two 1:0 wins as a result.
Steve will take his Scotland to the World Cup Finals. They won’t win – but they will do well enough on a stage where they will never be the stars BUT can have a good supporting role.
The negatives will never be satisfied – they will wallow in despair.
The rest of us will enjoy the moment Steve Clarke and his players deliver.
