Hibs haven’t won the top league for nearly 70 years.
But this season they are working very hard to hold on to their best players – and sign some good new ones.
The Scottish Premiership table looks great at the moment if one is looking for change.
Their, proudly at the top, sit Hibs, ahead of Hearts on goal difference.
There are signs that both Edinburgh clubs can challenge a weakened Old Firm this season.
So while the Dithering Directors do nothing to challenge the pernicious duopoly off the pitch, Jack and Robbie, the Hibs and Hearts managers, are to be applauded for doing their best to disrupt Rangers and Celtic on the pitch.
I wish them both well. It will need a small miracle for either Edinburgh club to actually win the league – call it “Leicester2” – BUT miracles CAN happen.
Fingers crossed!
Time for Change.
