Since Aberdeen have won only one trophy of the last 63 they have contested, Stephen Glass hasn’t exactly got hard act(s) to follow.
You could say that the jury is still out on the progress Aberdeen have made to date under Glass.
However, early signs are not exactly encouraging.
Unless they have a terrible season, Aberdeen will finish in the top 6 – but can they finish above Hearts and Hibs in the quest for the title ” Best of the Also Rans”?
At the moment, it seems unlikely.
Their matches against Celtic and Rangers are the acid test.
If Aberdeen cannot win their home matches against the Glasgow teams, they will have a mediocre season – AGAIN.
Meantime, Cormack and his fellow Dithering Directors need to challenge the duopoly off the pitch, especially since his club are unlikely to do so on the playing surface.
Time for Change.
