Aberdeen are classic under-achievers.
Even when Rangers were absent from the Premiership, they couldn’t land a blow on Celtic, never threatening a serious challenge for the league title.
Their manager made a silly mistake fielding a weakened team against Raith Rovers. Aberdeen have no chance of winning a trophy in Europe, whereas they might have had some hope of winning the Premier Cup.
In fact, it is the only tournament they have won out of the last 63 domestic competitions in which they have participated.
Aberdeen and Hibs are both up at the top of the league at the moment – but that is unlikely to last.
Don’t blame the managers though – it is Dithering Directors like Aberdeen’s Cormack that allow the Glasgow Twins to strengthen their grip on the Premiership every season.
Time for Change.
