As you may know, Scottish Football Matters has proposed that Celtic and Rangers pay £20 million each per season as their membership fee for the organisation.
Rangers refusal to meet the terms of the SPFL sponsorship deal gives all the excuse needed to proceed to demand £20 million a year.
Or they can simply be expelled from the league.
