By the same token, Celtic can only finish 1st or 2nd. Success or failure defined by a potential differential of only one place.
Meantime, the ten Also Rans in the Premiership will continue to pretend they are trying to challenge the Big Two, when, in reality, the gave up doing so many years ago.
Several clubs are owned by multi-millionaires. They have each proven themselves successful in commercial enterprises, striving non-stop for success.
Meantime, in football, these Gullivers of business become Lilliputians of sport.
This cannot be allowed to continue.
