Ange Postecoglou is certainly good enough to see Celtic finish second – then again, so would ANYONE be – BUT that is only going to get him the sack.

Celtic have basically appointed someone to carry the club through until Gerrard leaves Rangers. So in other words, for a maximum of two years.

Meantime, the other 10 clubs will do what they always do – finish as Also Rans.
