Dundee last won the top league in Scotland in 1962 – 58 long, fruitless years ago.
If the Scottish Cup interests you, you need to track back to 1910, the last time the Dens Park club triumphed at Hampden Park.
When they return to the Scottish Premiership next season, Dundee will be one of the weakest of the Also Rans. They will spend their whole season fretting about relegation and then probably find all their concerns were justified, as they head down to the Championship again.
All that, of course, assumes they can beat Kilmarnock in the relegation play-off.
Kilmarnock haven’t won the top league for 55 years, so they can hardly be described as world-beaters.
All this humdrum rubbish must end.
Teams like Kilmarnock and Dundee CAN be challengers for the top league title again.
Time for Change.
