The manger knows some of his squad players are not fit for purpose but he has had no opportunity to change them.

Robbie Neilson will lead Hearts back to the Premiership and make good the deficiencies in his first team squad in the Summer.

However, the Hearts manager cannot deal with the structural and financial problems that mean Hearts are inevitable ” Also Rans” in the Premiership.
