Will this genius explain how that will REALLY change matters?
Leaving aside that the Hearts manager must not leave, the fact is that people like the “Hearts fan chief” have stood idly by watching the Celtic & Rangers duopoly reign supreme for the last 36 years.
Such people haven’t a clue about the REAL changes needed to make the Scottish Premiership truly competitive again. The limit of the “fans chiefs” ambition is to be in position 3 to 6 ie the best of the “also rans” in the Premiership and maybe win the Scottish Cup once a decade or so.
It IS Time for Change – but the changes needed are those fundamental to how the SPFL operates.
Making the Hearts manager the fall-guy for the fundamental problems with the Scottish game would be utter folly – and must not happen.
